Content on the site is general information and education, not advice tailored to your situation. PWI is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial or investment advisor, broker, tax preparer or medical provider.
Even when we work with your business directly, our role is marketing strategy and implementation. Get advice from qualified professionals before making legal, tax, financial, employment, privacy-compliance or other regulated decisions.

We do not promise or guarantee that you will make any money, get any leads, book any appointments, close any sales, lower your acquisition costs, recruit anyone, grow an audience or achieve any other result.
Results depend on things only you and your market control: your offer, pricing, product, team, sales process, budget, timing, competition, data quality and execution. Any guarantee we do offer, such as the RainWorks work guarantee, applies only as written in your signed agreement, and it covers the work we control, not revenue or other outcomes.

Results described on this site from Gil Ortega's and PWI's own history, including companies scaled, revenue figures, user growth, exits, match rates, campaign performance and cost reductions, came from more than 30 years of experience, established relationships, capital, teams, timing and circumstances that you may not have. They are not typical, and they do not predict what you will achieve.
The Past Projects page describes platforms built and operated in the past. Figures there are historical, reported to the best of our records and recollection, and some of those platforms no longer operate. They are offered as context for how we think, not as current offers or projections.
05Testimonials, Recommendations and Case Studies
Testimonials, LinkedIn recommendations and case studies on the site reflect the real experiences and opinions of the people who gave them. They describe particular situations, are not typical, and you should not expect the same results.
Recommendations shown through our LinkedIn widget are written by people who chose to post them on LinkedIn. We do not pay for positive reviews or recommendations. Some people featured may be past clients, partners, colleagues or friends, and where a material connection could affect how you weigh what they say, we will disclose it.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything an AI tool produces before you publish, send or rely on it. PWI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or any other AI provider unless we say so.
09Outreach, Data and Platform Rules
Our methods may involve email, LinkedIn, advertising platforms, CRMs, data providers and other services we don't control. Each has its own rules, and laws such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and state and international privacy laws apply to outreach and data use.
You are responsible for how you use these tools and for complying with the rules and laws that apply to your business, including the consequences for your accounts, domains and sender reputation. We build in safeguards like volume limits and message review, but they reduce risk; they don't remove it.
10Third-Party Names and Links
Names of companies, brands and platforms mentioned on the site, including companies we have worked with in the past and the platforms described on the Past Projects page, belong to their owners and are used for identification and historical reference. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse PWI. Linked sites are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, as explained in our Terms of Use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid PWI in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.
